ANTHONY P. AZEMIKA
Mr. Azemika was admitted to the California State Bar in 1992. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Cum Laude, from the California State University, San Francisco, in 1988. Thereafter, in 1991, Mr. Azemika graduated and received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. He is a member of the Kern County Bar Association and is, in fact, a former Vice-President and board member of that organization. Mr. Azemika was an active member of the Bakersfield Breakfast Rotary Club from 2002 through 2009. In 2009, he became one of the Charter Members of the new Rotary Club of Bakersfield Twilight. He has been awarded multiple Paul Harris Fellowships by The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. For years, Mr. Azemika has been an acting Arbitrator with the Kern County Bar Association’s and the California State Bar’s Mandatory Fee Arbitration Programs through which fee disputes between clients and their attorneys are arbitrated.
During the past 31 years, Mr. Azemika’s practice has been exclusively devoted to the field of family law. Specifically, he has handled hundreds of cases involving divorces, dissolution of domestic partnerships, child custody disputes, establishing and modifying child and spousal support orders and domestic violence restraining orders.
Mr Azemika was selected as one of the Top 100 Lawyers by The National Advocates in 2016.

NICHOLAS P. AZEMIKA
Mr. Azemika was admitted to the California bar in 1992. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Cum Laude, from the California State University, San Francisco, in 1988. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree, Mr. Azemika enrolled in and graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, in 1991.
Since 1992, Mr. Azemika has limited his law practice to the field of family law. Specifically, Mr. Azemika’s law practice during the past 31 years has been limited to handling only family law cases involving divorces, dissolution of domestic partnerships, child custody disputes, establishing and modifying child and spousal support orders, and domestic violence restraining order cases. Mr. Azemika is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Kern County, Los Angeles County, American and State of California Bar Associations. Mr. Azemika has been elected as the President of the Kern County Bar Association, Family Law section.
Mr Azemika was given a Client Satisfaction Award in 2015 from the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys; In addition of being selected as one of the Top 100 Lawyers by The National Advocates in 2016.

AMANDA R. AZEMIKA
Ms. Azemika was admitted to the California State Bar in 2021. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, with a minor in Forensics and Criminality, from the University of Southern California. While attending USC, Ms. Azemika was awarded an academic scholarship from the USC-Kern County Alumni Association. She graduated from USC in 2015 with magna cum laude honors.
In between college and law school, Ms. Azemika worked with children and young adults with developmental disabilities at several non-profit organizations, both local and out of town. She attended law school at the University of San Diego, where she received the USD School of Law Faculty Achievement Scholarship. During her second and third years of law school, Ms. Azemika worked at USD’s Education and Disability legal clinic, where she advocated for children with disabilities within the San Diego school districts. During her time at the legal clinic, Ms. Azemika also worked on a number of court-ordered conservatorships. In 2021, she graduated from USD School of Law with a concentration in Children’s Rights.
Ms. Azemika works exclusively in the field of family law. She is a member of the California State Bar Association, Family Law section, and the Kern County Bar Association, Family Law section. Ms. Azemika currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bakersfield ARC and the Women’s Lawyers Section of the Kern County Bar Association. She also currently serves as co-president of the Bakersfield ARC Board for Young Professionals.
